Refund policy

At Voye London, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns of worn or damaged garments for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item
Email us at admin@voyelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
